Our tight-knit team at Midtown Printing is actively seeking  a Customer Service Representative/Administrative Assistant/Bindery helper to join us full time.

Daily Tasks:

·         Handle incoming inquiries  and orders via phone, email, and in person

·         Determine charges for services requested, collect deposits or payments, and arrange for billing and shipping.

·         Assist remote CSR with job tracking, paper inventory, meeting with customers to show proofs and paper samples,

·         Serve as the liaison between customers and production to ensure job specifications are accurately communicated and executed

·         Provide knowledgeable guidance on printing options, file requirements, and timelines

·         Manage job progress, provide status updates, and resolve issues promptly

·         Maintain detailed and accurate client records in the order management system

·         Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns with professionalism and urgency

·         Help administration with office duties such as filing.

·         Help in bindery with packing up orders, gluing, etc.

The Ideal candidate would have:

·         A cheerful disposition and great attitude

·         A background in customer service or account management

·         A strong understanding of print terminology, file formats, and production workflows

·         The ability to multitask in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

·         Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with PrintSmith management system

·         Willingness to learn new things, be enthusiastic and be self motivated.

·         The ability to effectively build relationships with customers and teammates.
